The not so typical Seine cruise tour

It was early in the morning and we had the boat almost for us alone. The tour guide on our small ship was a lady from Kyoto with perfect French who talked with us more over Japan than on the sights around us. The tour was smooth a I got lots of nice photos and while sunrise I got a perfect shot of the sun between the arcs of the Eiffel Tour. The wave signifies for me “pants rhei”. All is moving. Why six tours and six suns? This is up to you to find out.

As often I painted over the photograph for another layer of experience and finally I used phosphor. Means the artwork glows in the dark and a third layer reveals itself at night.

This piece is currently exhibited at Dr. Kendras dental clinic, kenDent Hannover (kendent.de), starting from July 1st 2024. Thanks to Charly our art ambassador who organized the venue and checked all details with Dr. Kendra and even helped with transport and hanging. See you there.
