Exhibition 17.02. - 27.03.2026
Fine Art People Hannover
Year Of The Horse
On the occasion of the Chinese New Year, our exhibition is dedicated to a motif that has symbolized movement, strength, and new beginnings for centuries: the horse. As an emblem of dynamism and forward momentum, it carries in this presentation an additional dimension, that of the wish.
The spatial and conceptual center of the exhibition is formed by the monumental mural measuring 5.65 meters in width and 2.20 meters in height. Across this expanse unfolds not a single image, but a polyphonic panorama. Numerous horses, each with its own posture, energy, and character, encounter one another within a shared visual field.

Horse Mural
The work invites not only observation, but discovery. With every step, perspectives shift, new details emerge, and fresh relationships between the figures reveal themselves. It is an image that does not unfold at a glance, but expands through sustained viewing. Complementing this powerful center are nine smaller horse works, each named after a wish. They embody longings, hopes, and visions, not as literal illustrations of concepts, but as autonomous artistic statements. Each of these nine wishes represents a quality we may seek for the year ahead: courage, trust, clarity, lightness, connection.
Underlying these works is a central question: What do we truly wish for?
Is it success or fulfillment? Speed or balance? Security or freedom? Wishes are more than fleeting thoughts, they are inner impulses of movement. They indicate direction long before we take the first step.
The holographic work expands this reflection into another dimension. It plays with perception, with visibility and disappearance, much like wishes themselves, which shift, sharpen, or transform as we move closer to them.

This exhibition understands the horse not merely as a motif, but as a carrier of attitude. As a being poised between grounding and departure, it embodies the energy inherent in every wish: the readiness to move.
At Fine Art People, art is not conceived as decoration, but as a space of resonance. A place where images are not only observed, but carried forward internally. Between panorama and detail, monumentality and intimacy, a movement emerges and perhaps it is precisely there that the new year begins.
